1. Upon your request, Rex will donate 5% of his commission from the sale of your home to the non-profit of your choice in your name.
2. If you give Rex a referral that results in a closed transaction, he will do the same thing.
3. Rex Downing & Associates directly supports a number of non-profits and community programs, such as the Kensington Preschool, the San Diego Step Up Program, the Greater Golden Hill Community Development Corporation, Art Around Adams, the Kensington - Talmadge Business Association, Peewee Baseball, Episcopal Community Services, Friends of the Kensington-Normal Heights Library, and more.

1. You must inform Rex of your intention to participate in the Give Back Program at the outset of your transaction or when you make your referral.
2. Total donation will not exceed 5% for any given transaction. If, for example, both a referer and a seller would like to participate in the program they may determine between themselves the recipient(s) of the donation.
3. Eligible organizations include non-profits with a 501(c)3 tax exempt status. If you would like a gift given in your name to a group without 501(c)3 status, let Rex know and he will determine if it is appropriate.
