Steven was born in the San Joaquin Valley where he learned the mechanics of business while working on his family’s farm. Steve traces his passion for real estate to his childhood discovery of Dream Homes Magazine.

Steve graduated from San Diego State University’s School of Business Administration in 2009 with a degree in Real Estate. After graduation and completion of an internship with Rex, he became a licensed Realtor and joined the Rex Downing Associates team.

Beyond his intention of mastering the art and science of real estate, Steve pursues other interests, describing himself as a fanatical sports fan and a beach aficionado. In addition, he is an active member of the Sons of Italy Lodge #1573.
